Our technicians mostly hold effective qualification certificates (including CWI, TWI, IWE and NACE) and NDT Certificates of intermediate and advanced issued by domestic and overseas authorities such as ASNT (American Society of Nondestructive Testing), British Institute of NDT, Chinese Society of Nondestructive Testing, China Classification Society and China Quality & Technology Supervision Bureau, providing a solid guarantees for engineering inspection.

Supplier Expediting
On any Major procurement,delays in delivery of materials, products or equipment to their final destination can prove to be very expensive.To eliminate or reduce the potential for such delays,ZEALprovides qualified expediters to actively oversee and when necessary assist suppliers in management of milestones and processes through the supply-chain as necessary to improve the required delivery of any items which may be critical to the procurement schedule.
Upon deployment, ZEALEnergy's skilled expediters initiate and undertake the actions necessary to maintain or improve agreed delivery dates.The objective is to facilitate and/or accelerate progress. Therefore the role of the expediter is an active one-distinctive from the passive role of reporting supplier progress.
The expediter will not only verify and report the status of materials and activities relative to the agreed program,but also:actively anticipate possible delays or bottlenecks;advise; assess;and where necessary coax,urge, influence and/or put pressure on the supplier to maintain or improve upon the agreed milestones.

CE Marking - EU Notified Body  
"CE"(Conformite Europeene)marking is not a statement of quality, but a symbol of safety, embodying degrees of quality,commensurate with the hazards presented by the intended duty.It is also the passport for pressure equipment within and into the EU member countries.
ECM is an appointed Notified Body,with accreditation by UKAS,and offers services under the Regulations implementing the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)-97/23/EC.The directive is an agreement between European Union (EU) member states to enact national legislation on those responsible for placing pressure equipment on the market or putting it into service for the first time.
As an appointed Notified Body,ECM  provides an integrated ISO 9001 certification in conjunction with the PED assessment as required of certain annexes and modules within the directive.
